“Art & Wine Studios and Apts” has 18 units (12 studios and 6 mini apartments) dedicated to a wide range of famous painters from various art-eras: from pre-Impressionism [Manet], to Impressionism [Monet, Renoir, Degas, Pissarro, Sisley, Liebermann], Post-Impressionism [Van Gogh, Cezanne, Gauguin], Expressionism [Von Jawlensky, Marc], Art Nouveau [Klimt, Munch], Symbolism [Rousseau], Classic Modernism [Modigliani] and Abstractism [Kandinsky].
Your experience begins at reception where guests can admire five extraordinary works. Each unit at the property is dedicated to a specific artist and features three of their most famous works for your enjoyment during your stay.
To enhance your experience, we have worked with art experts to provide detailed descriptions and information about the paintings that will increase your knowledge and appreciation of the works.
A paper and/or electronic guide is available (on site and/or on the residence’s TVs) in 4 different languages (Greek, English, Italian and Russian) with many others to come.
But, this is not just about art: the “Art & Wine Studios and Apts” owner is a certified Sommelier of the “Italian Sommelier Association”, since 2001. His passion is to guide you through the experience and taste of a wide selection of wines, each of which has been chosen with care and precision.
The property features a private rooftop “Wine Club” which offers free access to guests at any time to enjoy a glass of wine in an amazing setting.
And if you are intrigued by an “international” experience, you can always pair-up your glass of wine with platters of excellent national and international cheeses, or taste a good whiskey / grappa or rum while smoking (in dedicated spaces) an excellent Cuban cigar.

And…if you are looking for even more comfort, sun-beds & a hot-tub accommodating 5 to 6 people are available for your use.
High-speed wifi internet access serves the entire complex, and is free for your entire stay to allow you to share your experience with your friends and family.
We also provide a daily housekeeping service that includes tidying the room and freshening of towels. Linen changes are performed every 4 days. The building is also equipped with a free washer/dryer.
And, if you feel lazy or just want to enjoy some private-time, we have partnered with a variety of local restaurants, bars, and pubs to offer “Room Service” which is available in both the studios & apts, as well as the private “Wine Club”.
